Chamber priorities get top billing in City budget

After months of discussion, on June 1 the SLO City Council adopted a two-year financial plan that lays the foundation for the City’s budget, community priorities and economic recovery through 2023.

Beginning in February, the SLO Chamber Board advocated for a suite of goals to support community and economic recovery — many of which were adopted in the City’s final plan.

Why Human Issues Are Business Issues

The Chamber has advocated for a renewed focus on addressing the growing challenge of homelessness at both the City and County levels.
